Refund/Cancellation policy: I have done my best to capture accurate colours, but hues may vary from screen to screen and I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied or if your painting arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of delivery, including a photo of the purchase, if damaged, and I will do my best to resolve the issue. Changed your mind? Return it in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Customer pays return postage. To return an item please contact me via email.
Shipping: UK orders are ready to ship within 2 business days. Please allow 2-3 business days after you've received notice of shipping.
International orders: ONLY works on paper and products can be shipped internationally. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery for orders outside the UK. This is just an estimate and will differ from country to country. Please note that most of the transit time is due to items being held in the receiving countries customs. Susan Bence Art reserves the right to cancel and refund an order due to the difficulty of shipping an item to certain countries. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
